Cacao Ceremony
On the Saturday evening we will be hosting a cacao ceremony for deeper connection to mind, body & soul
Cacao is the beautiful medicine of the heart & is considered a feminine spirit in nature.
Cacao is absolutely integral to the Mayan way of life, with them believing that within the cacao lies the seed of creation of life itself.
Ceremonial cacao has the effect of connecting us with the heart & is a mild stimulant. Working with this medicine brings a fantastic opportunity to work with all themes around the heart & to move through any emotional or life blockages you may be experiencing.
In this powerful session we will focus on your specific intention & unwind & relax to beautiful music & guided meditations & exercises.
The Site 
This is a camping retreat on a beautiful site in the Herefordshire countryside site with enclosed & heated workshop studio, showers, toilets, a covered area with a large firepit, 2 acres of greenery & a lot of lovely nature in the surrounding area!

The Food 
All meals are provided for the retreat in an organic, gluten free & fashion from Friday dinner through to Sunday lunch :)
Here is a sample of the kinds of meals you can expect;
Breakfast:
Overnight oats with pear, cinnamon and seeds

Spiced sweet potato and coconut soup, Salad, Homemade wholemeal bread and butter/hummus

I personally had a massive shift in energy and the mixture of music, breathwork and cacao was beautifully weaved together by the excellent team who all played their part in creating the experience.
